Need to find an NHS eJournal?

Want to know whether you have access to an article full-text? All the online journals available to NHS staff are detailed on one list - our NHS Journals A-Z list . You will need to log in using your NHS Athens username / password. Then you can search for the Journal Title you need. Document supply: supporting you to make #amilliondecisions

How can we help support you to make decisions? To base your decisions on the available evidence, invariably some sort of search for the current evidence or literature is needed. You get your list of results and what happens – there may be some items that you are unable to access in full text from the NHS electronic resources. Our document supply service can help you get access to this crucial information: Inter-library loans If it is an item that the library does not hold at all in electronic or print format, we can search for the item in other libraries which we have an inter-lending arrangement with. We can then request a copy to be sent to us and forward it on to you or make available for collection from the library. Organ Donation Awareness Week 4th - 10th September 2017

This year, NHS Blood and Transplant, hospitals, charities and supporters of organ donation will be encouraging people across the UK to talk about organ donation with their families. This is because although most people personally support organ donation, the family's support is also needed to in order for the organ donation to go ahead. Therefore this year's campaign is all about reminding people that their family won’t know how they feel about organ donation, unless they tell them.
